Brazil is a treat for all the senses.
The music is contagious even to those who don't understand the
lyrics, the food is diverse and delicious, the handicrafts are
colorful and creative. The eventĆs coverage is one of this issueĆs
main subjects.
Once again, BTMFest was a good opportunity for us to enjoy the
things from Brazil. It also served as a shop window for Brazilian
entrepreneurs and professionals.
Glauco Magalhā¹es, head of the Brazil-California Chamber of Commerce,
is our interviewee in this monthĆs Profile. He gives valuable hints
for those who want to venture in the American market.
We continue supporting the talents in our community. You will know
Christiane Callil, singer and ballerina, often called "The Samba
Queen".
