The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The item must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The item must not be a final sale item (clearance, marked down, etc.).
If you meet the above conditions and wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to 8355 Northwest 66th Street, Miami Florida 33166 via a traceable and insured shipping method.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
