Returns

At Brazil Explore we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that some products are exempt from being returned. These include products that have inviolable packages such as Natural Wood Charcoal, Opened Cosmetics, personal or intimate items as underwear, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we offer two options depending on the circumstances of the gift:

  1. If the gift was purchased and shipped directly to you, and it was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will issue you a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you that can be used for future purchases on our website.

  2. If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the refund directly to the gift giver. In such cases, the gift giver will be notified about the return and the refunded amount.

Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping an item over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we want to make sure that you are protected in case of any issues with the shipping process.
